this amp is stock. years ago I had an amp tech put a switch on the back to toggle on and off the bright cap. recently, because I was considering sell it, I took it to another amp tech to go thru it and make sure everything was clean and working properly. he told me that physically moving the switch to front was a better place for the switch. "less noisy" is what I think he said so now there is a push pull on channel one volume for this purpose. the switch on the back is became a boost. he gave it a 2 thumbs up regarding circuit condition. I will provide gut shots and any other photo angles for anyone who is interested. s/n is 00035j. the amp tech also mentioned that the most of the component codes are dated to 1976. thank you for looking. I will make a demo video if you need and I will handle the shipping. cheers, Ron.
btw there are a few things that I would be interested in trading for including but not limited to, a Carr Telstar and a Friedman be100. cheers
