Here’s a mid70’s vintage Barcus-Berry 1330-1 Standard Preamp. It’s primarily used as an instrument pre-amplifier designed for acoustic instruments, notably banjos or acoustic pluck-type playing. It features two-band equalization controls for treble and bass, along with sensitivity and volume knobs. The sensitivity knob can add significant gain or saturation to the signal.
