I got this beautiful Fisher 800-B from the original owner who purchased it in 1962 and kept it in its original boxes for many years. I had it serviced and recapped, keeping original tubes. I’ve been using it for about two years, and it sounds amazing. This is an extraordinary unit, one of Avery Fisher’s finest early-1960s designs, presented here in exceptional, collector-grade condition. In addition to its historical importance for its unique AM and FM features that represent the bridge between mono and stereo multiplex broadcasting, it offers extraordinary sound. I have a turntable, CD player, and Bluetooth receiver connected to it. Bluetooth receiver included. It will be the centerpiece of any vintage system.
