Gibson BR-3 lap steel in great condition. Used and played but not abused. Original P-90 pickup. Original tuners working smooth with no sign of button rot. Original super-cool striped case in serviceable condition (all hinges and latches work fine, and the original handle is still good).
Repairs:
* The pickup was rewound by Lindy Fralin in 2022 to original specs.
* new CTS pots replaced the old worn-out pots,
* a Sprague Black Beauty cap from the 60s replaced the out-of-spec Bumblebee tone cap (the Bumblebees look cool but they have all gone bad after these many years!)

In short, there is very little that could go wrong - it should sound, play, and look great for another many decades.

Currently strung for and tuned in Open D (D'Addario 15-58 set).
Includes a very old (original?) small diameter bar that came to me with the guitar.

I bought this guitar from an independent dealer who roamed around the country buying old instruments. He said he purchased it from the original owner's family in Oklahoma. I wish I knew more!

Plays great and sounds fantastic.
