This listing is for a Vintage Gibson Pre T-Top Patent Sticker Humbucker Pickup. This pickup is from the mid 1960's and is fully functional but the pickup has been modified and the "feet" have been flattened or shortened. Likely this was done to allow the pickup to fit into a different model than it was originally intended for like a Fender Telecaster or something with a shallow pickup cavity. The pickup is functional and sounds killer. The output measures 7.07k Ohms. The lead wire has been spliced in one place and is approximately 10" inches long. We can't for certain but the pickup has likely been rewound.
These Patent number Sticker-Pre T-Top pickups made between roughly 1962-1966 sound (nearly) identical to the iconic PAF versions. This is a great Gibson pickup for someone looking to customize a guitar with a great sounding Vintage guitar pickup.
