The Suhr Classic T is a modern evolution of the timeless T-style guitar, and this custom-spec build takes it to a whole new level of craftsmanship, tone, and playability. Built with premium tonewoods and top-tier hardware, this instrument is designed for players who demand performance without compromise.
At the foundation is a 2-piece Roasted Swamp Ash body, delivering a resonant, balanced tone with enhanced stability and reduced weight. It’s topped with a visually stunning 2-piece Spalted Maple top, finished in a high-gloss that brings out the unique figuring and character of the wood.
The Indian Rosewood neck and fretboard provide a rich, smooth feel under your fingers, with an oil finish on the neck that enhances tactile comfort and playability. The neck features Suhr’s Even “C” Slim profile (.800” - .880”), offering a fast and familiar feel across all positions. Paired with a compound 9”-12” radius and 22 medium stainless-steel frets, this neck is built for precision, speed, and effortless expression.
Outfitted with a 1.650” Tusq nut and a Wilkinson 3-saddle Classic T bridge, tuning stability and vintage-inspired tone are perfectly balanced. Electronically, this Classic T features a powerful pairing: a Suhr Aldrich humbucker in the neck for high-output warmth and punch, and a Suhr Classic T single-coil in the bridge for unmistakable clarity and bite. Suhr’s proprietary SSCII (Silent Single Coil II) system ensures you get pure, noise-free tone in any environment.
