Very rare, early big box MJM Guitar FX Roctavios octave fuzz pedal. Hand built, with serial number 45 and dated January 2002. Widely regarded by collectors and those knowledgeable and talented enough to utilize them as one of the two most desirable octave fuzz effects pedals (the other being an original vintage Tychobrahe Octavia).
It's in very good condition with only minor nicks and paint loss. Original paint flaws are evident, such as on left top edge. Labels are all intact. Original box included. From a private collection, never gigged. Please reference pics.
DC power jack is standard polarity: center negative, sleeve positive (tip negative, barrel positive).
