Japanese (MIJ) Sigma by Martin DR-41 upgraded with antique bone nut, saddle, and abalone dot bridge pins. I also added the K&K passive pickups under the bridge. When I first got this guitar, there were a few deep dings and scratches in the neck which required filling, sanding and refinishing using a darker lacquer to hide the repair areas, which I blended to the existing finish. It's very smooth now with a couple of small finish imperfections where the lacquer wouldn't quite take to the filler, but it looks much better than it did originally and it plays like glass.
I also had to fill the fretboard in the cowboy chord area of the neck where there were some deep fingernail grooves and I also replaced the first two frets that were deeply dented. There are a few blemishes on the top and some clouding on the back of the body (see the pics).
Recently set up with new D'addario strings. Nice sounding vintage guitar and plays great. The action is 5/64" (.085) on the low E at the 12th and 4/64" (.070) on the high E at the 12th.
Solid Sitka spruce top with abalone binding and pearloid fret markers. Indian rosewood back and sides. Mahogany neck. Rosewood fingerboard with abalone hexagon inlays. Comes with old hard shell case (see pics) with one broken latch.
