NOVATION BASS STATION RACK
This is a rack mountable, programable bass monosynth from Novation in the mid 90’s that is in very good functional condition and good cosmetic condition (it has a slightly bent rack ear as shown, but which does no effect mounting). These things have excellent sounds out of the box (shared between 60 user programmable memories and 40 factory presets), and the front panel lends to intuitive user programming (its great at recreating TB-303 lines and Moog tones). Every control from typical analog synths can be found on this: ADSR, filter, oscillator sync modes, tuning, and LFO, and most can be MIDI controlled. It has dual-DCO's which are true analog oscillators, digitally synchronized, to generate analog but stable sawtooth and pulse waveforms. They can each be tuned, mixed and synced together. The analog filter is a switchable 12 or 24dB/oct with cutoff, resonance, envelope amount, and assignable ADSR. The LFO has variable speed and delay with random, triangle or sawtooth shapes. The LFO can modulate the filter and/or PWM. It has a built in MIDI/CV converter which allows you to control the Bass Station from your analogue rack, or you can control your analog synths with MIDI via the Bass Station. It also includes an analog input for filtering external sound sources,
