Vintage Noblet 40 clarinet, serial# 2199B, recently overhauled, in like-new condition. This horn features beautifully grained, crack-free grenadilla of a quality that isn't often seen these days. Built in the late 1950s/early 1960s, this Noblet is a high quality intermediate or step up clarinet for the advancing student or enthusiast. The Noblet 40 is also a highly regarded "Doubler's clarinet".
This clarinet is concert ready. It underwent a full renovation recently and received new corks springs and double bladder pads. The bore was oiled and all keys were cleaned and polished.
The Model 40's Leblanc style key work is comfortable, silver plated and sturdy like all Noblet clarinets. The cylindrical bore gives it a fat, dark and very "French" voice.
Horn comes with original mouthpiece, ligature and cap. It will be shipped to you in a Protec "Max" case.
