This guitar has been gigged on an average of 12 times a year plus lots of rehearsals, open mic nights and jam sessions so it's not pristine, but it's nevertheless been well looked after with regular string changes and cleaning/polishing of the body etc.. I bought it new from the now defunct Dave Mann Music shop in Nottingham UK in March 2014 ( according to the serial no. it was shipped from the Martin factory in 2013 ). There is some cosmetic play wear on the back of the neck and some minor damage to the original hard shell case in 2 areas but it still protects the instrument more than adequately. It had a highly professional re-fret about 2 years ago ( only necessary up to the 5th fret ) and a comprehensive set up at the same time by a highly competent local luthier. It was recently restrung with D'Addario XS custom light 11-52 gauge phosphor bronze strings. It was fitted from new with an L.R. Baggs Anthem pick-up system combining a piezo transducer and an L. R. Baggs tru-mic underneath the soundboard giving it a superbly authentic acoustic sound when plugged in plus the woods have really opened up over my years of ownership resulting in the guitar now sounding ten times better than when it was new !
