Comes with Case Power, 1U Panel Entry (Intellijel Format), 19v Brick, 1 additional noise filtering distribution board (with molex cable), some screws and standoffs (but not enough for all the holes on the board, so you might need more little screws depending on how you're mounting this inside your case).
This configuration goes for $356.97 new (when available).
This has been the power for my main rig for a long time, works great.
