Here's an old-timer that's seen LOTS of use. An over-zealous instructor went absolutely crazy 80-some years ago marking up nearly every page from 13 - 45 with instructions that must have pertained to the lessons being given. By page 46, it looks like the student was sick of the instructor marking up his cool, plastic-spiral-bound book and gave up drumming forever!
