The Bousfield line of mouthpiece is in a light blank similar to their "Nouveau". It's around a 4 rim with the high point on the inside of the mouthpiece making it feel closer to a 4.5. The V line in particular has a shallow cup. Using these on 1st trombone in a wind ensemble, brass band, and chamber music was a breeze, but I found it was too bright for orchestral playing for me.
This is a large shank mouthpiece with a 1.024 rim and .276 throat
The main reason I'm selling is because I prefer smaller equipment and tend to like thicker rims.
This mouthpiece is in great shape but has a slight ding in the shank that doesn't effect functionality. It also has some insertion marks.
