Meinl MB20 Heavy Soundwave 14” hihat bottom in great shape. Not super easy to find!
This has the ridged edge similar to Zildjian Mastersound hihats, allowing it to vent more air for a more pronounced “chick” using the foot pedal. Also sounds a bit chunkier with normal playing (IMO). All logos are perfect and there are no cracks, keyholes or other major issues. Listed as “very good” only because there are some micro-scratches along the surface that looks like a previous owner tried to clean it with a pad, but it’s very hard to show in photos.
As stated, this is for the bottom cymbal only. It was paired with a different Meinl hihat top and I’ve since found a matching bottom that I like the sound of a little more. BUT, this can be used standalone as an alternative ping ride (this drum hack courtesy of Navene Koperweis).
