PLEASE READ: We have bi-passed the transformers to make these speakers work at home.

If you buy these from other vendors, they will not work well with home stereo 8 Ohm Receivers as the transformer inside each is like a shunt.....they will not sound good and lack volume. We have bi-passed the transformer inside each so now they sound great!! All done for you. If you want to change it back to 70v just re-attached the wire clips inside.

Install Tip. To get the bracket off of the speaker so you can mount it to a wall, remove the JBL logo with plastic blade. This uncovers a hole. Take a 6mm allen wrench and pass it into the hole and turn the anchor clockwise over and over to loosen the ball mount. Wiggle the ball mount and it will just come off. Do the reverse to re-attach the ball mount to the speaker. And put the Log back on by pressing into clip.
