Epiphone Les Paul Custom, made in Korea 2004 Ace Frehley signature model
+ “Jimmy Page” Mod: all three pickups are independent AND single coil SPLIT on PAF pickups (6-position toggle switch)
Very light at 3.7kg 8.15 lbs
LP Custom finish: triple binding around the body, slim and narrow neck for an LP (equivalent to a slim taper)
Mahogany body, maple top and neck, rosewood fingerboard with signature inlays
Original Di Marzio middle pickup (DP100 Super Distortion)
Two outer pickups: PAF Alnico II and Alnico IV Toneriders (split on the tone pot)
Fully upgraded electronics: copper shielding, Japan potentiometers, orange capacitors, etc. Grover tuners
“Jimmy Page” mod: the toggle switch is a 6-position from Freeway. This allows you to use both pickups like a standard LP (PAF sound) AND use the middle pickup (ceramic, more punchy) alone or in combination with the other two (independent volume, see diagram).
A very good Les Paul, lightweight, with a thin neck and a killer look. The pickups and switching upgrades greatly expand the sound horizon while retaining the original fat sound of the Di Marzio pickup. The dynamics between the splits, the PAFs, and the ceramic transform it into a super versatile Les Paul.
The guitar in excellent condition, almost mint for its 20 years.

Mod "Jimmy Page" : le toggle switch est un Freeway 6 positions. Ce qui permet d'utiliser les deux micros comme une LP standard (son PAF) ET d'utiliser le micro central ( céramique, plus pêchu) seul ou en combinant (volume indépendant cf schéma).
Une très bonne Les Paul, légère, manche fin et look ravageur. Les upgrade micros et switchs permettent d'élargir énormément la palette sonore tout en conservant le gros son d'origine des Di Marzio. La dynamique entre les splits, les PAF et le céramique est super polyvalente. Guitare en excellent état, quasi mint pour ses 20 ans.
