For sale is an AKG D310, which can be used similarly to an AKG D190E or an SM58! The difference compared to an SM58 with be a bit more of that midrange flair that AKG is known for. That midrange is certainly what sets this microphone apart from many modern microphones released nowadays that could add some nice character.

Please keep in mind, this AKG D310 has been tested against another D310, and it tests exactly like the other one in frequency response. As a result, be rest assured this mic is working as intended and it has no frequency loss! My experience with older AKG capsules is they are some of the more fragile ones on the market. So a lot of the older mics sold as working, do not work as well as they should. This is usually caused by mishandling, where a drop or two results in permanent damage to the capsule. You'll also be pleased to know the D310 has a rubber/plastic resilient dome that helps absorb shock in case of drops.

Lastly, the grille has been cleaned, and new foam was installed inside so you will not need to deal with a dirty or filthy microphone.
