Fender Studio Bass late 80’s - Black Duratex

I reloaded this head to a portable head box to use with several of my JBL and EV loaded vintage sound cabs. The head box is 3/4” birch ply all new, and slightly deeper than any original Fender heads. I did this for two reasons - better ventilation and easier cord storage. Box surface finish is perfect, no dents or scratches. Since I’ve owned this it has has had no new tubes or internal parts. It has always had a minor hum but it has not affected use at any time. I would recommend a check up if this becomes a primary use head. As you may guess this head is very heavy and will be packed accordingly. Pickup would be better. Contact me if you have any further questions. Don Oatman.
