Vintage Berg Larsen HR Mouthpiece 120/1 SMS. This was sold to me as a new old stock from the 70's, when I bought it recently from a store that acquired this from another store that was closing business. Rails and table are immaculate, and it comes with the original box, ligature, and cap. It is a 120 opening, which is equivalent to around 9 for Otto Link.
I tried it a few times with a mouthpiece guard, and decided that someone else would probably enjoy this gem more than I do.
Also the box is mislabeled as an "M" facing, as you can see on the photo the mouthpiece says "SMS"
