1950's Slingerland Black Diamond Pearl 5.5x14 Radio King Snare Drum


  • Overall this drum is in very good used condition. Complete and in full working order
  • Steam-bent maple shell is clean, structurally sound, & free of extra holes
  • Wrap is holding well at the seams and free of cracks/pulling.
  • Finish shows even aging around the drum and is in very clean condition.
  • Nickel hardware is in very good working order and appears to be all original.
  • Drum features Radio King stamped nickel over brass hoops. A few minor dings.
  • Smooth 3 point strainer that adjusts nicely and stays engaged while playing.
  • Nickel finish shows some patina and wear but overall looks good.
  • Shell features clean original bearing edges. Edges are smooth & take modern heads nicely.
  • Some very minimal but typical Slingerland re-ring separation. Remo heads fit on properly
  • Complete and ready to go. Snare wires are not original.
