Cosmetically fair, But functionally better than factory. Listed at the "big" auction place too, you can see my sellers ratings there. Just started on reverb.
It is fully serviced, with upgraded capacitors in the Signal path, these capacitors are much better than Kenwood used, so it is an upgrade. They are Elna Silmic II's.
The sound is warm and weighty.
DC offset/ Bias are perfect.
Functionally very good.
There are scuffs and marks of use all over. Some areas have paint touch ups, see yellow arrow in photos, but structurally solid. With the recap will run for several decades more.
I guarantee, you will feel this amp sounds warmer than other M2a's out there. Go ahead test it at the same volume and compare. I know what parts I used and where. If you can find a better sounding M2a, buy it !
