Classic Ibanez 2399dx. Cutaway electric guitar. If you are looking at this guitar, you know that this guitar is Ibanez' own exquisite version of the Gibson L5S. (Gibson's short-lived solid-body "L5"). I replaced the pickups long ago with Paul Reed Smith Dragon pickups. These pickups are incredible and sell for hundreds of dollars alone! The look of the originals was cool, but I can attest that they were not very useful in real-life live music-making applications. These PRS pickups are wired with knob push/pull capability for single-coil sound and in/out of phase. They are incredible! This guitar is beautiful and carefully maintained, right down to the to weird glow-in-the-dark tailpiece art that no one can explain! It pains me to part with it, but I am willing to do so for the right price.
