This is a custom 34"scale active bass designed and built by me. The 22 fret maple/maple neck was made to my specs by SF journeyman Luthier Dan Ransom and the beautiful black/purple-burst finish was done by SoCal master finisher Pat Wilkins. It weighs 8lbs/8oz, it is ergonomically comfortable and balances perfectly. It also is designed to safely stand upright w/o a guitar stand against your amp during a break. It has an Audere JZ 9v pre, two Delano pickups (huge sounding), Schaller 3D adjustable saddle bridge, Dunlop Strap-Loks, D'Addario nickel EXL round-wound strings, Goto sculpted paddle tuners, a brass/ebony nut, six neck attachment machine bolts into steel mollies for a dynamic body-neck coupling and it comes with a deluxe FB620 Fender gig bag.
Looks, plays and sounds killer - you will not be disappointed. I stand behind my work and wouldn't offer it for sale if it didn't pass my own critical assessment as a lifelong bass player.
