The closest version to the real deal !!! Same wood , same pick ups (stickers pat number ) nickel hardware , etc . Light weight 8.8 lbs ( light weight considering they come with the original banjo tuners . Not to much wear on the body or finish . Looks really good for being an over 50 years old guitar . This is number 256 ! Out of the 366 only made . Guitar sounds outstanding!!! Reminds me a bit of a Stratocaster but with the gibson weight and sustain ! Everything is original except the nut that I recently changed due the original wasn’t helping with the tune stability. Now you can bend the string how hard you want or even used the maestro vibrola and will keep perfectly on tune . The original is on the case . It was routed to humbuckers in the past but is now went back with their original mini humbucker pick ups . it has the a plastic ring expansion that is perfectly aged and matches the original pick guard color that honestly looks really good and elegant. Theres not repair or crack on this one . And it comes in a non original gibson hard case ! This guitar was bought in CME. is a really nice collector piece that can be played outside without being worried to play an over $20k guitar ! Only reason I’m selling it is that I’m not used to to play big guitars . I’m more leaning towards SG . Or Les Paul jr guitars so if an opportunity to own this wonderful piece of history guitar that sounds FANTASTIC !! Without sellIng your car .
