Description
This 1979 Gibson Les Paul KM is incredible.
This is a very early version of the KM model in a natural finish which also has the “Custom Made” Plaque. The KM model was a limited run Les Paul from 1979. It was Gibsons first attempt at a ‘59 Reissue with Norlin era features.
This KM has a beautiful natural finish on a very well matched 2-piece top.
The body is in very good shape with only a few small chips and dings. The back does have some buckle rash, but nothing has broken through the clearcoat.
The Twin Cream T-top pickups look and sound great and are original as well as the rest of the electronics on this guitar.
The neck is a very comfortable profile and has the Norlin era neck volute.
The fingerboard is very nice. The frets are the typical Norlin era frets with no issues or low spots. Every note rings loud and clear.
Will be shipped in its original Gibson Case that has one missing latch
