Rare guitar, Kramer Globe Logo Voyager Series.
Looking online, I can only find 1 previous kramer globe logo guitar offered for sale, also the guys at vintagekramer decribe that they only seen it once.
This is an excellent guitar, easy to play (currently set up using .011-.050 strings) and sounds amazing. The tremolo is mid 80s original floyd rose, some of the black paint finish has worn off. I think all parts are still original. The physical condition is also in good condition with a few dings on the body. The rosewood fingerboard have a brazilian rosewood look, that red - brownish color with distinctive streaking patterns and pores, but I'm no expert, please see photos of the fingerboard.
From the info I found online the kramer globe logo was made in a short period of time by ESP Japan.
This is the info I found :
"ESP were putting out guitars made in Japan that were of the highest quality at this time. Kramer was contracting them to make all the Kramer stuff just after this kramer globe logo appeared. A logo with a globe next to the kramer logo is almost never seen!
Its my opinion that for a short time ESP wanted the whole contract, or to manufacture all the models for Kramer, and was producing guitars for the Kramer corporation that were as good as a ESP branded guitar... Of course an ESP branded guitar from the "Golden Era of ESP" ...early 80s... were the equivelent to hand made and the best of the best!"
The guitar will ship in a padded charvel gigbag.
I will ship FREE WORLDWIDE.
