These reel to reels are increasingly rare and increasingly broken. They are famously finicky - and they are really hard to find someone to repair.
This machine records, but there is a trick. I use it as a send for my home studio. I would keep it except I don’t use it enough to justify keeping it.
The trick - there is a power issue. I do have a working power adapter - these are also very tough to find. But the machine did not work when I connected it to studio power. It only works when I connected it to a floating power source - I use a jackery. with the jacket it works just fine.
Comes with custom banana plugs which you’ll need. I paid $200+ for these guys.
Comes with one 5” reel and a leather field carrying case.
