Slice up your signal with the Sketchy Sounds Panic Button Plus. Like the original Panic Button, with the MUTE footswitch, you can create your own manual tremolo style effect, or stomp in a panicked frenzy to create all sorts of rhythmic, stuttering mayhem. Plus, we’ve added a latching KILL switch so that you can kill your signal with the press of a footswitch. This can be handy to silence noisy pedals in between songs, or to mute your guitar while you tune. We’ve also included a TUNER out jack that allows your signal to pass to your tuner while the KILL switch is engaged. Check out the video for a demo of how it sounds.

Handmade in the USA and tested one at a time

Rugged momentary and latching stomp switches

Durable powder-coated enclosure

LED indicator for when the KILL switch is engaged

High quality metal jacks

Like any mute switch, the Panic Button Plus works best placed before fuzz, overdrive or distortion pedals when using it for a manual stutter/tremolo style effect. If used only with a clean guitar (I mean, why would you do that anyway?) you may hear popping as it cuts your signal. Place it before your dirt pedals for some crisp, tight muting.

This pedal will function fine as a kill or mute switch whether you provide power to it or not. For the LED to turn on and off when the KILL switch is engaged, you will need to power it with a 9 volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel (not included).
