Slingerland - 6.5x14" Radio King – No. 142 - 1960s - Chrome over Brass (JL Sling #34)
Vintage mid-1960s Slingerland 6.5x14" 10-lug, chrome over brass snare drum.
The drum has some scratches and scuffs visible in the photos. The studio lighting really exaggerates all the minor imperfections. The snare wires have been modified and attached with string to the butt plate. The original Radio King wires would attache with a strap on both ends. This work around works great.
Chrome-over-brass shell (COB), 10 lugs, Stick Saver hoops, 3 point strainer and extended snare system.
Everything works as intended. Nothing broken or missing .
