For sale is a Boosey & Hawkes Oxford Bb cornet, made in England and dating to approximately the mid-1960s (serial #259071). This is a classic British cornet well-suited for brass band players, students, or collectors.
The instrument is in good overall condition and is fully playable. Valves are smooth and responsive, all tuning slides move freely, and the water key has a fresh cork.
Cosmetically, the cornet shows honest vintage wear, including missing lacquer, dings, scratches, and a dent at the end of the bell, but it remains structurally solid and plays well.
