It shares the same four-position delay range selector-4-16 ms, 16-64 ms, 64-256 ms, and 256-1024 ms-providing fine control over time-based effects from tight doubling to spacious echo.

Controls include Delay Time (fine adjustment within the selected range), Feedback (for repeats), and Delay Level (wet/dry mix). Like its siblings, the DD-X5 includes two output jacks, allowing users to route dry and delayed signals separately or blend them from a single output.
