After purchasing this guitar a few years ago, it didn’t take me long to start believing him. The fit and finish is absolutely incredible!!! The checking in the nitrocellulose lacquer looks spot on for one of those coveted era guitars we all know and love. The sunburst finish is deep and vivid. The figure in the top is not over the top but, it is highly figured nonetheless. It has what I would call a medium/husky ‘59 C shape neck which is in fact the most comfortable neck I’ve ever played on a Les Paul. I did replace the pickups with a set of Ox4 low wind with alnico 4 magnets. This guitar has the “Tele on steroids“ tone. Versatile and beautiful. No case but I will throw in a gig bag and package well when shipping, a case can be arranged just contact me before hand if that’s something of interest.
