Andy built his first guitar at the age of seven, an experience that sparked a lifelong passion. In 2011, he was invited by Bob Taylor to join Taylor, where he became CEO and Chief Designer in 2022. Andy is expanding his horizons as a musician, designer, surfer, and builder. Growing up in North County, California, he was deeply inspired by the interplay of surfing, skateboarding, automobiles, music, art, and design, and Powers Electric seamlessly blends these elements to create this exceptional instrument. This instrument is an A-Type FF42 Toploading Hardtail in Signal Yellow. Its bold looks and dynamic sound make it a truly unique and stunning masterpiece. This guitar features a maple top and a hollow urban ash body with a fully closed slim hollowbody construction. Inspired by classic cars, hot rods, and surfboards, the asymmetrical body shape maintains a visually balanced appearance from any angle. Its pop and fancy signal yellow solid color is a must-have. The one-piece mahogany neck features a Honduras rosewood fingerboard. The slim, comfortable neck shape features a split fingerboard radius with different radii on the bass and treble sides. The treble side is slightly flatter for choke-free bending. The guitar is equipped with the original "FF42" pickups, master volume, master tone, and 3-way pickup selector. Features include warm-colored hardware knobs, a white pearloid pickguard, a Delrin bridge saddle, and a top-loading hardtail. This instrument is incredibly lightweight, comfortable to hold, and perfectly balanced. The crisp, fat, and snappy rear tone is complemented by a warm, harmonically rich front tone. The tone balance is excellent, with a solid, bite-worthy sustain. About the "Powers Electric" Specifications and Lineup;

- Currently, the "Powers Electric" lineup only includes the "A-Type," which features a fully closed slim hollow body construction with a maple top and urban ash.
