Super rare Suhr Standard HH in “Lava Drip” finish. I designed this finish in collaboration with John Suhr and Mike Ponce, who was heading up their custom shop around 2006. I am not sure how many more (if any) were made after mine but I have never seen another guitar with this finish anywhere. The finish is absolutely stunning and unique.

As you can see from the specs, this is Suhr Standard with SSH+ and SSV pickups and a tremolno that was installed at the factory with a custom cut backplate to enable on demand adjustments.

The guitar features a mahogany body and neck with an Indian rosewood fingerboard and was signed on the headstock by John Suhr. Just a phenomenal sounding and playing guitar!

I rated the condition as very good but aside from the one noticable imperfection at the headstock (see photos) the guitar is in truly excellent condition.

Happy to answer any questions about this unique instrument!
