This guitar definitely has the magic. This level of materials and build quality will cost $20k to produce today with zero chance it would sound this good. Per 32 year tenured Collings GM, Steve McCreary. Feel free to call and check those facts with them, super helpful folks.

In overall outstanding condition showing light play wear. Aside from one small ding on the lower bout shown in the photos, there are other insignificant scuffs, swirls, and scratches too unremarkable to capture in photos. At twenty years old, the Adi top has now opened up fully with a rich forward and punchy Pre - War sound that only an older instrument with an ever elusive and increasingly expensive combination of Brazilian rosewood and Adirondack from the bench of a master luthier can achieve. Fret wear is near NIL so if you've been looking for that guitar - you can rest assured it is this guitar.

An additional benefit to mention is the fact we've mechanically aged this guitar with over $500 in aging devices with some fantastic results. Both the Tone Rite vibration unit and Tone Traveler Bluetooth speaker have been used for over 340 hours further opening it up. These devices work best on older guitars, in particular those with Adirondack tops. Being this guitar is both the results are significant and notable. If you're unfamiliar, research the devices because they absolutely work.

Nothing to do but enjoy. Recently received a top-tier professional set-up from Rick and the guys @Beartone Stringworks. Original build sheet is attached in the photos.
