Hello! You're looking at an actual Frank Iero guitar used during the Heyday of My Chemical Romance "a favorite guitar for many years around the release of the Black Parade." This was also used for some of his solo projects and other ventures throughout the years as well.

I bought this directly off him through the Reverb sale a few years back and I'm a huge fan so it's spent most of its time displayed on my wall. I purposely targeted this one during Frank's sale because it seemed like the coolest and most desirable MCR related thing that was listed.

You can find the old listing here and here is the copy/paste version of it: https://reverb.com/item/70179105-fender-telecaster-deluxe-owned-by-frank-iero

"This Fender Telecaster Deluxe is owned by Frank Iero

"This was a favorite guitar for many years around the release of the Black Parade. I used it to play "I Don’t Love You" on Jay Leno and various other stages and tv performances. I brought it out again years later on my solo tours with the Patience." - Frank

Serial: MZ7008545 There are some general scuffs and scratches on the body from general use. There are a good amount of scratches as well as a small ding in the finish on the contour of the back of the body. The electronics all function as intended. The neck has been sanded in an uneven fashion and could use some finer grit sanding to smooth things out a bit as it's pretty "rough" feeling."

The description is accurate and still holds true. Although I have not been able to find the Jay Leno performance "I Don't Love You" featuring this guitar, I have attached a televised performance of them playing this song in 2007 with this very guitar.

It's a very comfortable guitar to play. There are a fair amount to dings and scratches throughout, but that's honest road wear Frank put on it so it's extra cool If you're going own a guitar from a arguable legend, you want it to be a little beat up because you know it was well played and well loved. Comes with the signed COA and Frank's guitar guitar strap, which is pretty cool too.

I have done no modifications on this and the only thing I have done is change the strings. Other than that it is in the same condition as when I first received it. I believe Frank owned two guitars of this model, this one and another that was black, which he seemingly used interchangeably. I don't think that black one has ever been available for sale.

I am a HUGE MCR fan and I don't want to sell this so the price is high. I was going to pull the listing but decided i'd just keep it with higher price tag to see how it goes. I love this guitar and think it's awesome to own a Frank Guitar from the Black Parade tour days, but I'm trying to raise money for something else and hoping this can go to a good home for a true fan as well. And if this doesn't sell I'll happily keep it too and just get a second job or something haha. I'd love to keep this.

All that being said, I am open to offers. Let me know if you have questions because I'm happy to talk about it! I'll only ship within the continental United States and with full reverb shipping protection. I will ship via UPS or FedEx...your choice. Once you buy it, it's yours. I don't do refunds. I've included a video of him using this exact guitar and some other pics
