Fantastic example of a vintage original 1969 Fender Princeton amplifier.
Original tubes:
Rectifier - RCA 5U4 GB, Power - both RCA black bottom 6V6 GTA, Preamp - RCA 12AX7A, 7025 X5.
All date codes are from 1969:
- Chassis: A12843
- Speaker: 465-942
- Power Transformer: 609 9 10
- Output Transformer: 609 9 39
It’s a nice amp. It’s breaks up well, can get loud, records easily and takes pedals all day. It’s been staring at 57s, 421s, 67s, and ribbons like the 121, etc.
It’s been a favorite in my climate controlled smoke free, pet free private studio.
I ship with the utmost care. Tubes will be labeled to corresponding sockets and removed, packed inside the amp during shipping. I’ve got a perfect size shipping box, and I pack carefully.
