Gorgeous guitar up for grabs. Upgraded the pickups to a set of Revel Broadcasters (early 50s Blackguard tele specs), using Alnico 3 magnets, 10.5k bridge, Neck 7.5k. Powerful but very clear and versatile, opened up they provide the classic tele twang with a sweet top-end, roll them back for a variety of tones. Pickup specs follow below. Revel is a local (Mpls) shop and their pickups easily match Lollar, Fralin, Mojotone & other quality boutique US builders. They were installed professionally with a full setup (intonation, action, truss rod) completed at the same time.

Bought the guitar from the original owner last year, who only used it briefly for some studio work. I've played it solely played at home (climate controlled, non-smoking) and its in the case when not in use. Only selling since this is a stage guitar that deserves more play time. Speaking of which, the metallic finish seemingly shifts colors depending on the light - note the body appears to be dark purple (due to the overhead lighting) in the second to last photo, while the headstock retains the azurite blue hue.

Brand new Fender FE610 (10 mm padding) gig bag included, along with the original stock pickups. Also, I edited the image of the back headstock photo, obscuring the remainder of the serial number to prevent counterfeiting/fraudulent use.

Please note that guitars may require a new setup after shipping due to shipping conditions that are beyond the control of the seller.

Temperature and humidity changes during shipping can affect the action (string height relative to neck/frets).

The seller is not liable for those changes and guitars requiring a setup upon receipt are not eligible for returns under my shop policy.
