Description
Vintage Cortez electric bass in a classic sunburst finish. Japanese-made from the late 1960s–1970s import era. Solid in tone and build, and full of character.
This bass features a bolt-on maple neck with rosewood fingerboard and block inlays, vintage open-gear tuners, chrome bridge and pickup covers. Electronics are passive and straightforward, delivering a warm, woody thump and tons of old school attitude.
Condition is very good for its age, with very light cosmetic wear and patina, no structural issues. Plays well and sounds great.
A cool alternative to the usual Fender clones—perfect for indie, garage, soul, or studio work.
