EMG- Active Tone Control- LONG SHAFT
The 25k Active Tone Pot For Guitar & Bass, or VLPF, is a Variable Low Pass Filter Tone Control used to attenuate the high-frequency signals while allowing low-frequency signals to pass through relatively unaffected. The result is a more dramatic tone roll off than what is typically expected from active pickups. 

This control comes standard with EMG X Series Pickups but can be used with X-Series and non X-Series EMG Pickups. 

All Active EMG Accessories require battery power, even when being used with passive pickups.
