Vintage Selmer / Sound City / Hiwatt - Silver 'Herringbone' Grill Cloth Material Circa 1968

Large piece of the rare and fragile silver 'herringbone' grill cloth material as used by Selmer, Sound City, Hiwatt.

This particular piece was salvaged from a tall Selmer 4x12 circa 1968. It is probably not big enough to put onto a 4x12 due to the damage around the edges and shorter backing piece, but should suit smaller speaker cabinets or combo amplifiers. Measures roughly 74cm x 91cm.

Includes the black backing material which is slightly shorter as it was glued onto the baffle originally and could only be cut off. The backing piece measures roughly 64cm x 87cm.

Both pieces have tears as pictured.
