I am offering a Peavey T-15, built in the United States in the early 1980s, during Peavey’s classic Mississippi production era.
The T-15 is a straightforward, no-nonsense solid body guitar, designed with durability and stability in mind. These instruments were built to be played, not to follow trends or catalog fashion.
The guitar features a solid body, a bolt-on maple neck, and a maple fingerboard. It is well balanced and comfortable, both seated and standing.
It is equipped with original Peavey pickups in humbucker-sized housings (blade-style design). The sound is clear, tight, and dynamic. Clean tones are articulate and focused, and with added gain the guitar remains controlled and does not lose definition.
Fixed bridge, original hardware, and original tuners, all consistent with factory specification.
Finish: classic sunburst.
The serial number 00948570 is located on the back of the headstock.
Peavey serial numbers from this period do not allow precise year decoding, but this guitar is fully consistent with original USA-made T-15 production from the early 1980s.
Condition is very good for its age. Normal signs of use only. No cracks, no structural repairs. Electronics are fully functional.
Included is the original Peavey molded hard case.
