The EarthQuaker Devices Tentacle V2 is a classic analog octave-up effect pedal taken straight from the octave section of the beloved Hoof Reaper pedal. It delivers a swelling, vintage-style octave above your original signal with absolutely no knobs to tweak — just stomp on the footswitch and go. Pair it with your favorite fuzz, stack it with other octavers, or throw it in a delay loop for wild sounds. The V2 version adds Flexi-Switch™ technology, allowing both latching on/off and momentary operation (hold it down for the effect, release to bypass), and uses a relay-based true bypass system for quiet switching.
