Great little bass I bought new in the mid-2000’s. Early Tribute G&L - made in Korea - Serial # 05016485.
It was mostly used for a light tour for 2 weeks in 2008 (musical accompaniment of an author) and a few rehearsals, but besides that, it's been stored in its gig bag for 17 years, and it’s in great shape aside from the small ding on the top of the body to the left of the neck pickup (see in pictures) from a music stand way back then.
And hopefully you can see in the pictures - that although there’s a bit of coloration on a couple of the frets where the strings come in contact, there's basically no fret wear. Pretty flexible & great sounding pickups and preamp - I believe the active circuit can be bypassed for passive functionality, but that's just me assuming that based on how it sounds! Pretty great midrange parametric sculpting available as well.
Feel free to stop by and try before you buy! Thanks!
