Beautiful and lightweight Heritage H-170 in the rare Variophase variant, but with modified wiring. These guitars came from the historic Gibson factory in Kalamazoo, Michigan, after Gibson itself had ceased production there.
The guitar has modified wiring: both humbuckers are splittable and the third toggle is a killswitch. A particular highlight and also the reason for the lower price: the guitar had a factory stinger, but suffered a neck break over the years, which has been expertly repaired. In the process, the stinger was seamlessly repainted. The color difference can only be seen under black light (see pictures). The serial number was preserved during the procedure.
Neck pickup: 7.21 kOhm
Bridge pickup: 14.45 kOhm
Weight: 3.26 kg
