About as good as you'll ever find. I got it from the original owner locally here in Phoenix. It was being used in a smoke free home environment for keyboard echo / reverb / chorus effects.

When I acquired it, I had it professionally serviced including replacing some power capacitors that were aged, elimination of as much background hum as possible, degaussing the tape heads, new OEM tape installed and all pots cleaned and lubricated. We also upgraded the spring reverb tank to the most lush / deep dwell possible for the size that can fit in this chassis. Original tank can be included with the sale if you ever want to switch back.

I then had a custom dust cover made and acquired an original Roland 3 way foot switch for remote control.

If you're looking for the best analog tape delay / echo, spring reverb and famous Roland CE-1 style chorus all in 1 - this is it. This was the last and best tape echo box Roland ever made.

I'm not interested in low ball offers. I know what it's worth and I know condition is what matters. If you want a bargain- this isn't it. You'll have to find a "project" and fix it up to get close to sounding as good as this one. I'm content letting it sit in my home studio but I feel it gets used so rarely that maybe someone else would get more use out of it that would appreciate its awesomeness.
