For sale: a vintage Americana Bb trumpet, serial number 3782. This horn is in fair playing condition — all three valves are smooth and responsive, tuning slides move freely, and the water key has been fitted with a fresh cork. Cosmetically the instrument shows age: missing lacquer in several places, surface wear, and a slightly smashed bell (see photos). All original mechanical parts are present and working. Included are the soft case, cleaning cloth, valve oil, and a brush set.
This is a great player or restoration project for someone who loves a vintage-tone horn or who wants to have it repaired/restored sympathetically.
