Demand for a reissue of the Bad Monkey pedal was so high that DIGITECH improved the original design instead of simply re-releasing it. The "Badder Monkey™" retains the original "Bad Monkey" overdrive circuit, gain, and EQ frequencies, but now includes two new circuits: "Behaved" and "Badder." Our new, patent-pending 360° "Barrel" control allows you to mix any two of the three overdrive paths, creating a multitude of unique overdrive combinations. The toggle switch toggles the "Bad" circuit in phase or parallel. In the switch's center position, "Troop" mode is activated, using all three circuits simultaneously. The Barrel control is disabled in "Troop" mode. The new "Badder Monkey™" features the patent-pending, double-sided StagePlate™, eliminating the need for Velcro.
