In excellent condition! Pages are still crisp, and the color still prevalent. The letter has an old-age stain on the top left, and a couple wrinkles in the paper. There is writing, as you can see, on the catalog on all the products. Either prices, checks, or x's. This was my granddad's and that is how he would decide which products he would want to buy.
